Sand - Utility

Utility sand, also known as Pipe Sand, has the same uses as fill sand but is used more to backfill water pipes after they have been laid. Utility sand is commonly used by construction workers for water system drainage and septic systems but can be used for home use.

CUBIC YARDS CALCULATION:
Depth (inches) x Width (ft) x Length (ft) / 324 = cubic yards
Example 3" x 12' x 20' area: 3x12x20= 720 720/324= 2.22 cubic yards
